Prints
What are the prints made on?
All prints are produced on Hahnemühle archival 308gsm fine art paper, selected for its quality, detail and longevity.
Are the prints made to order?
Yes. Each print is produced to order by our professional print partner in New Zealand.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes are shown on each product page. If you're after something different, get in touch and I'll see what I can do.
Do unframed prints have a border?
Yes. Unframed prints include a 50mm clean white border around the image, giving you a little flexibility when framing it yourself.
Are the prints limited edition?
Occasionally, I’ll offer limited editions of selected prints. Unless a print is specifically marked as a limited edition, it will be available as an open edition.
Can I buy a photograph I've seen on Instagram?
Absolutely.
The shop only contains a selection of my work, so if you've seen something on Instagram that isn't listed, send me a message and I'll see if it's available as a print.
Can I order a custom size?
If the photograph allows for it, yes.
Send through what you're after and I'll let you know what can be done!
Framing
Do you offer framing?
Yes. Selected prints are available framed and ready to hang. You can choose your frame options directly from the product page.
What frame colours are available?
Black, white and natural wood.
Does the print come matted?
Yes. All framed prints include a 50mm mat board border for a clean, gallery-style finish.
Can I frame the print myself?
Absolutely.
If you're going down the DIY route, I recommend using a professional framer and archival-quality materials to get the best result and help protect the print over time.
Shipping
Where are the prints made and shipped from?
All prints are produced, framed and dispatched in New Zealand by our professional print partner.
How long will my order take?
Because your print is made to order, please allow time for printing, framing if selected, and delivery.
Framed orders can take up to 10 working days to produce before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, international shipping is only available to Australia at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you'd like an approximate delivery time before ordering, feel free to get in touch.
Please note that customs fees, duties and taxes may apply to international orders. These costs are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How will my print be packaged?
Your print will be professionally packaged to help keep it safe during transit. Framed prints are securely packed and arrive ready to hang.
Care
How should I look after my print?
Keep your print away from direct sunlight, moisture and excessive humidity.
If framed, avoid hanging it somewhere where it will be exposed to prolonged direct sunlight.
Returns and damage
Can I return my print?
As prints are made to order, change-of-mind returns aren't available.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the print, frame and packaging. We'll get it sorted.
